Return & Refund Policy
For health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or used Salt Stones. Unopened, unused, undamaged items returned within 14 days of shipment are eligible for a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, the unit must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories intact - unused, unopened and undamaged. Please contact hi@myfriendthesea.com within 14 days of shipment to request a Return Authorization.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at hi@myfriendthesea.com.
Customer is responsible for shipping the return. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the purchase price, less our $15 restocking fee and original shipping fees to the original payment method. Note: This policy does not apply to items that have been used, opened, damaged, or modified, or units and items that are part of special bundles or final-sale categories.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, less our $15 restocking fee and original shipping fees, to the original payment method. Please note: original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Returned items will be charged a $15 restocking fee.
Final Sale Items
Used, damaged or opened Salt Stones, salt packs, and replacement parts are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
